Cumin

After several price spikes in recent weeks, Indian cumin prices have now fallen slightly again. Arrivals on the markets are increasing and the greater availability is depressing prices. Around 60% of the product comes from Rajasthan. However, export demand leaves much to be desired. Bangladesh bought about 40 containers of Indian cumin in September, but this month export sales are almost non-existent, according to Indian traders.
