Cumin

After the continuous price decline in recent weeks, Indian cumin prices have now managed to climb by USD 20/mt compared to last week. Nevertheless, the situation on the market is uncertain and sometimes confusing, according to local market players. Some traders are hopeful that demand will continue to pick up, others are concerned as the Indian spice industry has made some negative headlines and the Ministry of Health is now monitoring the strict regulations even more closely.
