Cumin

Indian cumin prices have fallen noticeably in recent weeks and continue to do so this week. However, many traders see this not as a curse but as a blessing, giving trade some breathing space. Chinese cumin, which was in extreme demand globally, is losing a bit of its shine. There are two main reasons for this; firstly, transactions continue to be heavily delayed, and secondly, prices have risen from USD 6,300/mt to USD 6,900/mt within a week.
