Exports at a 5-year high

By the end of 2017, as much as 125,984 mt had already been exported from Turkey since the beginning of the season - the highest figure in 5 years. By December 2012, the number was 136,023 mt, and in the 2012/13 season an all-time record was achieved with 301,192 mt of exported hazelnuts. Market participants expect to see 274,095 mt shipped by the end of the season.
