No sale pressure for clove.

As reported, the basic factors, demand & supply and Forex , don't give any relief to expect lower price for clove.   But at the same time, it's spice market and an 180 degree turn may be just around the corner.

As far as Madagascar is concerned, beans season started in May and the farmers, collectors have shifted to other products, beans and pulses were harvested but at a slow pace.

Farmers have shifted to beans and pulses which are more& easily perishable crop, and concentrate on sale and export of beans and now there is no sale pressure for clove.  Farmers and business sector will get money from beans and pulses; and hence, all will keep stock of clove in safe custody.

Farmers holding on to clove will eventually make it scares and expensive and that's when the farmers and trades will show interest in liquidating their clove stock when the prices become attractive to them.

As of now the beans rule in Madagascar and clove waits for it's turn.
