Different degrees of maturity cause interruptions

The peak values of more than 40 °C have promoted the development of Californian almonds in recent weeks. In the meantime, the first almond farmers have started harvesting. Different degrees of maturity have, however, been observed in some areas, which is why some farmers had to interrupt their work. By mid-August, the harvest should be in full swing.

Prices remain stable in Europe

Next week, the Almond Board of California will publish its final report for the 2018/2019 export
