Almonds: Early start to the harvest in Andalusia

MADRID. In the Spanish province of Córdoba, in the northern part of Andalusia, harvesting has already started. This is about a month earlier than last year.

The harvest has already commenced in Córdoba

Spanish media refer to Ignacio Fernandez de Mesa, Asaja Córdoba CEO (Asociación Agraria Jóvenes Agricultores Córdoba), Spanish agricultural media, in stating that the famers have already started harvesting. Unlike last year, when rain delayed the start of the harvest season, the famers are now able to get started one month earlier.
