SEEHEIM. This year is coming to an end. Time to take stock and consider what made this year special. Managing Director Jakob Megow reflects on a year full of ups and downs, challenges and successes, marked by developments that have driven the company forward.

Thank you!

We thank the people who enrich our lives, make it possible for us to feel happiness, to endure and overcome pain and grief and who are a part of our lives. These are our families and friends, colleagues and employees. People with whom we share passions or beliefs, or with whom we can discuss different opinions peacefully and respectfully.

Thank you, dear readers, users, subscribers and business partners of Mundus Agri, for your loyalty and ideas, for your questions and criticism that challenge us and help us to improve our services.

Thank you, dear colleagues and service providers, for your commitment to meeting the diverse challenges in a world that seems to be moving faster and faster.

2024 – News, news, news

What a year. No matter what part of the world we live in, news shapes our lives and our actions, and causes disillusionment or hope, fear or joy. But objective clarity helps. Our price observers, correspondents and editors ensure that you are well informed to conduct business. Our daily news updates along with the weekly trade magazine "The Auditor" are intended to help you, our readers, to assess market developments, improve your chances and minimise your risks.

To achieve this, we are constantly expanding our network of correspondents, talking to a wide variety of market players and evaluating price information from many different countries. We also consider climate influences, political upheavals and their impact on the international market for agricultural commodities. Because this market is huge, we are still a long way from reaching our goal.

Maybe you would like to share your information and views with us from time to time? Let's talk to each other. Welcome to the Mundus Agri family!

2024 – Trade and change

Prices rise and fall. Yet this year we frequently only witnessed an upward trend. With the Mundus Agri trading platform, you as our registered users have a powerful tool at hand to offer your products at good prices, or to inquire about the volumes you require from different suppliers and procure them at prices in line with the market.

To bring buyers and sellers together, we have continued to grow our brokerage team and will continue to do so. This frees up time for other tasks.

Our software is also being further developed and will offer you the opportunity to engage with contracts concluded via Mundus Agri from mid-2025. This will include call ups, document exchanges and much more. In future, it will also be possible to process payments transparently and securely with an associated payment service provider. This way you’ll always have all your data in view.

2025 – Outlook

One thing is certain, 2025 will also have ups and downs. Our heartfelt wish is that the new year with its 8,760 hours will have as many good moments in store for you as possible filled with happiness, satisfaction, great opportunities and new paths. A new year always feels like a new beginning, a beginning that we need to make the most of.

We wish you all much success, health and happiness in the new year 2025.

On behalf of the entire Mundus Agri team

Best Wishes

Jakob Megow
Mundus Agri CEO
