Bulgarian traders report an unusual increase in demand for prompt deliveries for this time of year. Bakery from the 2016 crop is still being offered for 710 EUR/mt DDP Germany, a price increase in the near term cannot be ruled out if the purchase interest remains at this level. Many smaller processors are already enjoying their summer break, which has led to limited delivery capacities. Prices for bakery seeds from the new crop are still lower than last year at 600 EUR/mt FCA Bulgaria.
