MANISA. Suppliers in Turkey are desperately trying to attract late buyers.

Although the market situation could hardly be better, the suppliers are not quite satisfied. The trees have started to bloom, the temperatures are pleasant and the outlook for this year’s crop is highly promising. Turkey has, in addition, exported more than 146,000 mt this season. Weekly exports have reached an average of 4,340 mt/week over the last month. The suppliers, however, know that quite a few buyers are still uncovered for this season.
