MANISA. Nothing came of the frost wishes of the speculators last week. An increased risk of icy night temperatures is, however, still prevalent until the end of April.

Exports are stable

Weekly exports continue to reach around 5,000 mt, and since the beginning of the season 155,622 mt of sultanas have been exported by Turkish dry fruit suppliers. That is approximately 4,500 mt more than last year this time. There are currently no more immediate requests, buyers and sellers prefer to wait and see how the weather situation will develop.
