Sesame seeds: new tender swiftly announced

NEW DELHI/BRASÍLIA. Korea has announced a new tender for the second week in December only weeks after the most recent tender was called. Traders in India have imported more sesame seeds.

New tender in mid-December

New crops have arrived in many leading sesame seed producing countries. This has prompted the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation to announce the next even larger tender over a total of 6,600 mt of sesame seeds divided into two segments of 3,600 mt and 3,000 mt. The delivery dates are 14 and 28 February in Busan. Registration is possible until 11 December and the results will be issued on 12 December.
