Sesame seeds: new tender in January

NEW DELHI. While trading has been rather subdued in recent weeks, this may change soon as South Korea will issue a new tender for sesame seeds at the end of January. Prices are at present, however, unlikely to attract buyers.

South Korea to buy 10,500 mt

South Korea has issued a sesame seed tender over 10,500 mt with the first shipments over 4,500 mt due to arrive in March and the second shipments over 6,000 mt in April. Interested suppliers are to issue their bids on 27 January.
