NEW DELHI. In India, the winter season is off to a slow start and the sesame seed market is unusually quiet. In addition to the country’s own crop, a further 30,000 mt of sesame seeds are to be imported by the end of the season in March 2024.

Another 30,000 mt of sesame seeds should be imported by the end of March 2024, according to a market players.
