NEW DELHI/BRASÍLIA. China has reduced its purchases of peanut oil from India and is buying larger quantities from Brazil. Here, the harvest has been completed, but there are few offers for the new crop so far.

Slight price declines in India

Arrivals on the Indian markets have increased significantly. Traders report that Uttar Pradesh in particular is literally flooded with new crop goods. This influx will continue for about two to three weeks and is also reflected in prices, which have fallen by about USD 20/mt.
