Exports to range 30% lower
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada expects prices to reach new heights in 2021/2022 as they will certainly more than double to CAD 2,080/mt. Issue is that heat and drought have extensively damaged production. With yields only ranging at 0.44 mt/ha production will certainly decline by 50% to as little as 50,000 mt as opposed to last year. This will be the smallest production on record.
