Kuru üzüm: fiyatlardaki değişim

KASHMAR. Olumsuz hava koşulları son yıllarda İran'da üzüm üretimini ciddi şekilde etkiledi. Ülkenin en büyük üzüm üreten bölgesi olan Fars eyaletinde, ilkbahar ve kuraklıktaki soğuk havalar verimi son birkaç yılda hektar başına 25 metrik tondan 15 ton'a düşürdü. Bu arada tüccarlar fiyatlarda değişiklik olduğunu bildirdi.

Kuraklık bir sorun

Yıllık taze üzüm üretimi, İran’da 3,191 milyon mt seviyelerinde yer almakta. En büyük dört üretici vilayetler ise Fars, Hamedan, Qazvin ve Khorasan Razavi'dir. Kuraklık ve kuraklığa benzer koşullar Fars vilayetinde büyük bir sorun olmaya devam ederken, Hamedan vilayetindeki üzüm bağları bu yıl yeterli yağış aldı ve üzüm üretiminin % 5 artarak 406.370 mt'a yükselmesi bekleniyor.
