LODZ. Within the first four weeks of 2017 the Eastern European market for flax seed already had more to offer than in the entire year before.

This week prices have stabilized, the level has remained at 490-520 EUR/mt DDP Germany, depending on the supplier. Sufficient supply is certain this season, even if quality is sometimes impaired, which is why an increase in prices in the course of the season cannot be ruled out.
