…90% of all dried fig exports are destined for China, mainly via Vietnam and Hong Kong. The coronavirus has already prompted a sharp decline in exports over the last four weeks. Supplies are consequently high and prices low. Export prices have declined by as much as EUR 0.22-0.23 per kg over the last two weeks alone.
