Financial situation remains tense

After the TMO announced its purchase prices for new crop dried apricots last week, the market has remained stable since then and export prices show no change from the previous week. However, traders emphasise that large-sized dried apricots are likely to become more expensive soon, as there is relatively little raw material available. Exporters have initially stocked up on the quantities of new crop apricots they need to process their outstanding shipments.
