Dried apricots: prices are being adapted

MALATYA. In a bid to fuel trading activities, exporters in Turkey are closely observing the exchange rate and are adjusting their prices.

Exporters want more spot deals

Although the drastic decline in the Turkish lira does not excessively impact the export prices in the market for dried apricots, the exporters are very much willing willing to negotiate spot contracts. These are lacking. Nominal declines have been witnessed for dried apricots no 2 and no 8.
