MALATYA. Harvesters from neighbouring provinces have arrived in Malatya to help local farmers with the apricot harvest. This should begin in full force in the next few days; the conditions for are ideal.

The news from the apricot growing regions in Malatya, Turkey, continues to be very encouraging. The weather conditions are almost perfect and are expected to remain so this week, with temperatures of 17-20°C at night and 35-36°C during the day. In the meantime, numerous harvest workers from other provinces have arrived to help the farmers with the harvest.
