Wheat: EU and China have higher import needs
The WASDE report was the focus of attention. The world wheat crop was marginally reduced to 772.38 million mt, resulting in a 0.4% decline in world wheat stocks to 320.45 million mt. Argentina's wheat crop declined by 1 million mt, Russia's rose by 0.5 to 83.5 million mt. The EU wheat crop was reduced by 0.2 to 136.55 million mt. The EU is expected to import 200,000 mt more wheat, amounting to 5.7 million mt. According to the trade, the feed wheat market is expected to pick up as a result of tighter regulation
