...declines in production. Market players state that this year's acreage for preudicereals has declined by 13%. Conventional hulled and unroasted buckwheat is currently trading in a range of EUR 0.675 per kg EXW Poland. The prices for organic buckwheat range ar EUR 1.10 per kg EXW Poland. In China, organic buckwgeat is trading at a similar level as last year. Although production is expected to be good in China, byuers in Europe have to be patient as the new crop will only arrive as late as December.
