BEIJING/WARSAW. Market players are reporting increased glyphosate levels in Russian buckwheat shipments, while a decline in the crop estimates in Poland is also reducing availability.

Prices in China largely stable

The prices for Chinese organic buckwheat appear to have stabilised at their current level for the time being. Depending on the supplier, there may be minor deviations, plus slight adjustments due to exchange rate fluctuations and rising freight rates. Meanwhile, conventional buckwheat is offered for USD 1.29/kg FOB Dalian.
